Delivery of goods
All orders are accepted and executed in Vilnius within one working day after receipt of payment for the order confirmed. In all cases, we try to deliver your order as soon as possible.
For recipients in Lithuania, parcels are sent by via OMNIVA post machine.
For recipients in all other countries, parcels are sent via UPS courier.
Important: If you are planning to purchase and / or send the publication to another country, be sure to provide the recipient’s address and telephone number so that the courier can contact the recipient if necessary.

Purchase of goods
The order is considered fulfilled only when the seller receives payment. In this case, the seller and the buyer enter into a legal legal contract. The seller reserves the right to cancel the order at any time without notice.
Security
We do not store any payment information in our database.
Exchange and returns
Within 14 days of delivery of the order, you have the right to return the order, which must be in perfect condition. We do not compensate for goods lost during delivery. Delivery charges for returned goods are paid by the customer. The refund amount for the returned goods will be paid within two weeks from the return of the goods to the buyer’s account depending on the payment method used by the buyer.
